Chapter 3  
     
1.
 And by the existence of the blessed covenant and constitution of One Heaven, One Heaven does exist.
  
2.
 And by the existence of the blessed covenant and constitution of One Heaven, a treaty is forged that no person, no angel nor demon may break:
  
3.
 A treaty and peace to end the war of the mind of higher order life on Earth and the dawning of a new age of peace and respect.
 
4.
 Now by this treaty, we name them no longer out of hate or spite but out of respect.
 
5.
 They shall be the heroes of One Heaven and all human minds should show deep respect.
 
6.
 And by the existence of the blessed covenant and constitution of One Heaven every human soul that has ever been born or will ever be born shall be welcomed into One Heaven.
  
7.
 That no human soul shall ever be cursed again.
  
8.
 That the deeds and acts of every single person that has ever lived are both forgiven and judged.
 
9.
 That no person, except the author of these words, shall be prevented from entering One Heaven.
  
10.
 For the constitution of One Heaven represents a new covenant of all humanity and all the departed minds of higher order life that has lived or will live on planet Earth and the Solar System.
 
11.
 It represents the most sacred of all texts that has ever been written, for by these very words heaven, hell and earth are united as one.
 
12.
 And by the constitution of One Heaven, all Great and Holy Spirits agree to become one in support of the future of humanity and the restoration of peace in Heaven. Therefore, by this constitution, all Great and Holy Spirits shall be officially members of One-Heaven.
  
13.
 And by the constitution of One Heaven, the Supreme Council of One-Faith, One-Spirit-Tribe and One-Islam are authorized to meet once every one hundred (100) years at a Great Conclave to elect three (3) Great Spirits each to represent all higher order beings, including all human and non human spirits of One Heaven on the Council of Unique Collective Awareness.
  
14.
 And by the constitution of One Heaven, all saints, angels and demons agree to unite to support the future of humanity and peace in Heaven and on Earth.
 
15.
 And by the constitution of One Heaven, the Supreme Council of One-Faith, One-Spirit-Tribe and One-Islam are authorized to meet once every one hundred (100) years at a Great Conclave to elect a total of 144,000 great heroes as saints to the Supreme Council (of saints).
  
16.
 And by the constitution of One Heaven what shall be bound on Earth shall be bound in Heaven. And what is bound in heaven shall be bound on Earth and can never be broken.
  
17.
 And three great orders of spirits shall be formed, the Great Order of Austerity, the Great Order of Wisdom and the Great Order of Guardians.
  
18.
 And by the constitution of One Heaven, no higher order spirit can ever be expelled from One Heaven, no matter what the reason.
  
19.
 For his hubris, for his arrogance, the Architect, shall be excluded for any membership, office or One Heaven until such time that all forgotten and fallen souls are brought to One Heaven.
 
20.
 While it shall be entrusted to an army of the finest and bravest of Angels and Guardians to protect and give him company in death, for one thousand (1,000) years from the anniversary of his death he shall be exiled.
 
21.
 The author of the constitution of One Heaven shall not be banished to Hell, for Hell itself by this blessed constitution has been opened and freed. That no soul shall be cursed or damned. Rather, the Architect shall walk between the two worlds- an outcast of both heaven and earth. He shall be the living cornerstone cast out by the builder.
 
22.
 And on the anniversary of one thousand (1,000) years, by this constitution, he shall be permitted to enter Heaven, but never to hold any elected office, nor to be worshipped as any greater than any other soul.
 
23.
 And so if in our ignorance of the wisdom of the one we should curse those who have hurt us then we shall also be cursing the authors' name and this document. For a curse given is a curse received. That if one human soul remains cursed then all of humanity is cursed.
