Chapter 7  
     
1.
 The covenant of One Heaven is based on a simple pledge by God- "that no single soul who has existed on planet Earth shall ever again be cursed".  
2.
 That every single soul, no matter how evil their behaviour in death and in life is forgiven and may enter a united heaven.  
3.
 That the very worst of individuals, the most evil of people to ever walk the Earth such as the Popes of the Catholic Church and their apprentices such as the Catholic facist leaders of Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Franco, Peron in the 20th century are forgiven for their crimes.  
4.
 God has pledged that no soul shall ever be permitted to be cursed again, that the war in heaven has ended. That hell is to be drained of all souls.  
5.
 Therefore, no statement to the contrary by evil men dressed as good, no claim by man can recind the word of God.  
6.
 The Final Testament, the final covenant is sealed. It is sealed by the blood of all the innocents murdered by the church.  
7.
 And it is protected by the united force of the angels and demons, all of whom are honoured as heroes and spiritual leaders of united heaven.  
8.
 The future of the souls of humanity is assured.  
9.
 Whether our race lives or eventually dies, we shall be united.  
10.
 No force, no matter how strong shall usurp the collective will of the souls of humanity.  
11.
 No evil, no matter how beguiling can reverse, or corrupt this edict.  
12.
 The reign of evil and terror of the Catholic Church is at an end. The existence of Hell is at an end. The human spirit is forever free.
