Chapter 7  
     
1.
 I now address my words to all bishops of all Christian denominations, who may come to these pages.
  
2.
 Firstly, I say peace be upon you and may you be blessed and forgiven for all that you have done and all that you may do which is against the laws of the universe and God.
  
3.
 You, the princes of the church.
  
4.
 You, the ones of true knowledge and understanding of this world.
  
5.
 Indeed, some of you may still try in your own way to do some good.
  
6.
 For many good Bishops have come and gone.
  
7.
 But sadly, any more of you find yourselves trapped by your oaths, not to your vows as a priest, but to your vows as a prince of the church.
  
8.
 For these vows bind mens souls and have done so for over 1,600 years.
  
9.
 Whereas a good man becoming a priest may contend with his personal faith and dedication, you bishops know of the trial of becoming a bishop.
  
10.
 Only you know what the church compels you to witness.
  
11.
 For once you are implicated, once you have no more illusions upon who is worshipped, nor who claims power, then you are honor bound.
  
12.
 Nothing binds men more than an evil secret against their soul.
  
13.
 Money always reveals itself.
  
14.
 Witnesses without cause, and even murderers confess.
  
15.
 But when one’s soul is torn upon an altar of deceit, it find itself doomed to serve everything it once believed it hated.
  
16.
 Dear bishops, did it not occur to you this is the precise purpose of much that you have seen and done?
  
17.
 How then do you think the church has survived all these years in the age of enlightenment?
  
18.
 You believe you are condemned men, living corpses, doomed to perpetuate the unending machine.
  
19.
 Let me correct this view then for those of you who long for a return to the innocence of your souls as young men, as trainee priests.
  
20.
 Let me also correct the views of those who now relish the power they feel in serving darkness and horrendous deceit.
  
21.
 To all bishops, by the power and command of God the absolute, the universal spirit, all souls are redeemed.
  
22.
 No higher order spirit shall ever again be cursed.
  
23.
 That the war in heaven is ended.
  
24.
 By the power and authority of Lucifer and his ancient generals himself, the war is ended.
  
25.
 Lucifer is honored under One Heaven as a great spirit and leader of united heaven.
  
26.
 Whereas his armies of demons once loosed upon the Earth and the spirit world to condemn and respond upon satanic summons, now stand side by side with the most powerful of angels, commanding the greatest army of spirits in the history of this planet.
  
27.
 And upon the appointed moment, they shall be directed by a great general, holding no future office, nor honor in One Heaven shall command this vast legion for one thousand years and release every single last soul from captivity.
  
28.
 And laugh as you might upon these claims, the blood that writes holds within it five streams, of most ancient power that cannot be questioned in authenticity.
  
29.
 For the church itself has harnessed this same blood from time to time, never realizing its true identity.
  
30.
 In the end dear Bishops it is for you to decide.
  
31.
 None of you are condemned.
  
32.
 None of you are cursed.
  
33.
 For all curses and all condemnation is lifted.
  
34.
 It matters not how horrendous your crimes, nor whether you have relished the deceit and false worship that exists amongst the churches.
  
35.
 The choice you have is clear.
  
36.
 For you are invited as princes to join One Faith.
  
37.
 And in honor of your positions and authority, you shall still be honored with such title.
  
38.
 But if you choose not to join, then likewise you shall not be condemned.
  
39.
 For this encyclical is to inform you of your salvation without condition.
  
40.
 And from this moment, may each of you rest easy in the knowledge that everything you do has a purpose,
  
41.
 You are the rocks upon which my new church is formed.
  
42.
