| ENCYCLICAL LETTER THE FINAL TESTAMENT OF THE SUPREME BEING GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE AND ALL EXISTENCE TO THE BISHOPS AND LEADERS PRIESTS AND RABBI MEN AND WOMEN RELIGIOUS AND ALL THE FAITHFUL OF CHRISTIANITY AND JUDAISM CONCERNING THE UNITED FUTURE |

It is not by the will of man or woman to decide when God speaks. |
|
2. |
It is not to the authority of a church that God submits, but the church that submits to God. |
|
3. |
Therefore, no matter how great a person’s authority, it cannot be greater than God. |
|
4. |
No matter how ancient a scripture or belief, it cannot be older than the creator the universe; |
|
5. |
No matter how firm a doctrine of faith, it cannot withstand even the smallest drop of wisdom from the divine. |
|
6. |
It is men, not God who make claims that divine revelation has ceased by the will of God; |
|
7. |
It is men, not God who say that only the most esteemed, the most holy of church elders have right above all others for the grace of receiving divine insight; |
|
8. |
And it is men, not God who hold that none shall be saved, but those who submit to the absolute authority of the church. |
|
9. |
All the words ever written in defence of doctrine cannot change these facts. |
|
10. |
All the millions of words written to define complex and convoluted doctrine have no weight against the truth of the absolute, the ALL. |
|
11. |
These words therefore are the divine encyclical of the almighty, to one and all. | |
12. |
So that you may understand. | |
13. |
So that you may believe the truth and authority of the Supreme Bible of God. | |
14. |
So that you may be free. | |
