Chapter 8  
     
1.
 These words then are not for the sheep who live life happily blind and rejoicing their ignorance, but to the wolves dressed as sheep.
  
2.
 For by the authority of the blood and by the wisdom of the blood a new covenant is formed.
  
3.
 A treaty endorsed and commanded by the absolute, the one, the universe.
  
4.
 And by the power of the blood Lucifer is called and has come forth to bear witness to the integrity of this treaty.
  
5.
 For no mere man, no Pope, no General of Order, nor Priest could otherwise petition.
  
6.
 Even in the midst of the sacrifice of millions and the sounds of thousands of souls screaming in the ovens of the church, even then they had no power to command Lucifer.
  
7.
 For the Prince of Darkness, the Seth, the Amen, the Hidden One comes forth and acknowledges the authority of the blood.
  
8.
 In respect, he bows down to the true wisdom and heritage of the blood and the pledge of the treaty.
  
9.
 That no single soul from this point on shall be cursed.
  
10.
 That the sins of the fathers passed to the sons and daughters have become the load of the God of the universe, the One and the ALL.
  
11.
 That no soul shall ever again be cursed, nor shall any curse hold weight.
  
12.
 That no angel nor demon under the command of Lucifer shall again do battle as forces of darkness and light.
  
13.
 That by the authority of the Constitution of One Heaven, Lucifer is raised up to be a Great Spirit of united heaven.
  
14.
 That for the first time, he may be elected amongst other great spirits to the elect of One Heaven by the Great Conclave.
  
15.
 And neither the blood, the antichrist, nor God places any precondition upon Lucifer, nor his demons.
  
16.
 But for three blessings:
  
17.
 That each and every demon shall now be known as a hero.
  
18.
 That no demon, nor soul, nor any higher order spirit shall ever again be cursed.
  
19.
 That each and every year a feast day shall celebrate this event as the Feast of Lucifer at which time an honor will commemorate his triumphant entry into a united Heaven.
  
20.
 And what God and his anointed have sealed, no man nor church shall undo.
  
21.
 For this is the End of Days.
  
22.
 For these are the words of the antichrist, the one who reject the role of Christ.
  
23.
 For this is the End of Hell.
  
24.
 For all are saved.
