A very important and common End Times Prophecy is that upon the appearance of the Messiah, the Kingdom of God will be established on Earth and continue to exist forever more.

In terms of Jewish tradition, The Kingdom of God is referred to frequently in the Tanakh (Chronicles 1 Chronicles 29:10-12 and Daniel 4:3 for example). However, it is tied principally to the notion of the restoration of Israel.

In Christian tradition, the coming of the Kingdom of God to Earth is one of the most important events and beliefs defining all sects. The New Testament is full of references to the coming Kingdom of God on Earth at the End of Days.

While frequently confused with the prophecies of one-world religion and even New Jerusalem, the Kingdom of God as a literal prophecy concerns the instancing of the Kingdom of God in Heaven upon the Earth. This is a critically important understanding of the literal nature of this prophecy for both Jews and all Christians.

It implies some mechanism by which Heaven is instanced on Earth and a connection made between the two. In order for this prophecy to be fulfilled, some mechanism must be proven that literally instances the power and authority of Heaven onto Earth maintaining such an open connection.
