Following the coming of the age of spiritual wisdom, a common End Times Prophecy is the coming of a one-world religious system. This remains a controversial prophecy between Judaism, Christianity and various extreme sects within Christianity.

Traditional Jewish prophecy on this subject includes: The Sanhedrin will be re-established (Isaiah 1:26) The whole world will worship the One God of Israel (Isaiah 2:17), He will then perfect the entire world to serve God together (Zephaniah 3:9).

Similarly Christianity speaks of a united one-world religion with the exception of historic edits made to passages of scripture in the Book of Revelation, most notably by Oliver Cromwell when he oversaw the creation of the King James Bible at the start of the 17th Century implying a sign of the antichrist, not the messiah will herald the one-world religious system.

As a result, many Christians are highly skeptical of any suggestion of unification of Christian and Jewish faiths as a fulfillment of the prophecy of the antichrist, not the messiah.

In order for this prophecy to be fulfilled, a system must be established that somehow unifies by instruments and structures the unique characteristics of different world religions into one network and group of entities. To date Ecumenical councils of Churches have established common dialogue but not constitutional structures that give flesh to this prophecy.
