  Article 136-Ceremonial Code  
136.1 Ceremonial Code  
  By this Covenant a Ceremonial Code shall be formed. All existing and new Law(s) prescribing rituals, protocols and/or conventions as ceremony shall be subject to inclusion in the Ceremonial Code.  
136.2 Purpose and Function of Ceremonial Code  
  The Ceremonial Code shall function as the summary of Law in all matters of ceremony at all levels of One-Faith-Of-God.  
  The Ceremonial Code must reflect all clauses and articles of this Covenant that refer to Ceremonial law. Furthermore, no Law is permitted to exist within the Ceremonial Code that directly contradicts a clause of the Covenant of One-Faith-Of-God.  
  The Ceremonial Code is to be the first reference to all Ceremonial matters and only the Supreme Court is permitted to refer to the Covenant directly in cases of dispute concerning Ceremonial Law.  
136.3 Structure of the Ceremonial Code
 
  The Ceremonial Code shall be structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article.
 
  The major chapters of the Ceremonial Code shall be :

4. Supreme Ceremony - Great Conclave
5. Supreme Ceremony - The Patriarch

9. National Ceremony - The Cardinal
10. National Ceremony - National Senate
11. National Ceremony - Special
12. National Ceremony - Annual
13. Regional Ceremony - The Rabbi
14. Regional Ceremony - Regional Council

16. Regional Ceremony - Annual

136.4 Interpretation of the Ceremonial Code
 
  While an article may belong to a particular chapter, the numbering of all articles is consecutive so that the entire body of articles of the Ceremonial Code may be read as one, with or without the chapter headings.
 
136.5 Amendment of the Ceremonial Code
 
  The Ceremonial Code may be amended from time to time by the addition, or removal of certain Law(s) as passed by the Supreme Council according to its proper authority as defined by this Covenant.
