  Article 135-Judicial Code  
135.1 Judicial Code  
  The Judicial Code of One Ireland for all courts consists of the Judicial Code. All existing and new laws providing for judicial responsibility concerning Doctrinal and Criminal Law are subject to inclusion in the Judicial Code.
 
135.2 Purpose and Function of Judicial Code  
  The Judicial Code governs the procedure in of all courts in all suits of a doctrinal (theological) or criminal nature. They shall be construed and administered to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action.
 
  The Judicial Code must reflect all clauses and articles of this Covenant that refer to Judicial law and procedure. Furthermore, no Law is permitted to exist within the Judicial Code that directly contradicts a clause of the Covenant of One-Faith-Of-God.  
  The Judicial Code is to be the first reference to the operation of Judicial matters and only the Supreme Council of One-Faith-Of-God is permitted to refer to the Covenant directly in cases of dispute concerning Judicial power, actions and procedure.  
135.3 Structure of the Judicial Code
 
  The Judicial Code is structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article.
 
  The major chapters of the Judicial Code are:

2. Code of conduct
3. Judicial standards and social objectives
4. Justice and operation of courts
5. General principles of the court
6. General principles of discovery and investigation
7. General principles of evidence
8. General principles of the Jury
9. General principles of warrants
10. General principles of securing an accussed man or woman
11. General principles of criminal defense
12. General principles of criminal prosecution
13. General principles of criminal arraignment
14. General principles of a criminal plea
15. General principles of a criminal trial
16. General principles of criminal hearing
17. General principles of criminal verdicts and judgments
18. General principles of criminal appeal and hearing
19. General principles of doctrinal action
20. General principles of doctrinal defense
21. General principles of doctrinal trial (Heresy)
22. General principles of doctrinal hearing
23. General principles of doctrinal verdicts and judgments
24. General principles of doctrinal appeal and hearing
 
135.4 Interpretation of the Judicial Code
 
  While an article may belong to a particular chapter, the numbering of all articles is consecutive so that the entire body of articles of the Judicial Code may be read as one, with or without the chapter headings.  
135.5 Amendment of the Judicial Code
 
  The Judicial Code may be amended from time to time by the addition, or removal of certain Law(s) as passed by the Supreme Council according to its proper authority as defined by this Covenant.
