Supreme objects
  
  Article 55 - The Patriarch  
55.1 Executive Government  
  The executive and earthly Power of The One Faith shall be vested in an executive government comprising a Patriarch, and the Supreme Board of Directors (the Blessed).
 
55.2 The Patriarch  
  The Patriarch is the supreme earthly leader of The One Faith of God, its head of state and prime representative to the world. The office of The Patriarch is the highest elected office of The One Faith and at all times should be considered with the greatest dignity and respect.
  
55.3 Supreme Executive Authority and Power of Patriarch  
  By the power and authority of Article 133 of the Holy Covenant of One Heaven, the organisation of One-Faith-Of-God is granted by Supreme Deed the right to represent the interests of One-Heaven on Earth.  
  By the power and authority of Article 135 of the Holy Covenant of One Heaven, the Supreme Executive Authority and Power as Head of State of One-Faith-Of-God is granted by Supreme Deed to the Office of Patriarch.  
  By virtue of this Covenant and covenant, The Patriarch is vested with the executive authority to manage the needs and affairs of The One Faith through the selection or dismissal of wise counsel in the form of their Supreme Board of Directors, the agencies, officials and administration of the Government.
  
  The Patriarch shall have the authority of official spokesman for the word of God during their time of office and all faithful must obey his command.
 
  In times of declare national disaster or international request, The Patriarch shall have the power to commit the forces of The One Faith on the agreed counsel of the Supreme Disaster Relief Council for international requests.
  
  The Patriarch shall have the authority over all agencies and Supreme Directors as Chairman of the Supreme Board of Directors. As Chairman, The Patriarch may choose to overrule motions of the Board and select the agenda and minutes of the Board meetings.
  
  The Patriarch shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Supreme Council, to make Treaties; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Supreme Council, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges, and all other Officers of The One Faith, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Supreme Council may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in The Patriarch alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
 
  The Patriarch shall have the Power by virtue of this Covenant to pardon any convicted criminal and stay the sentence of any court imposed sentence for any lesser court than the Supreme Court of The One Faith. The Patriarch does not have the power to amend a judgment of the Supreme Court of The One Faith.
  
55.4 Supreme Ceremonial and Spiritual Power of Patriarch  
  By the authority of this Covenant, by its blessed conjoining with Article 135 of the Holy Covenant of One Heaven and by the power and authority given under Clause 135.3 through the ceremony of Supreme Instantiation of the Powers and Authority of Patriarch, the Patriarch shall have the following real ceremonial and spiritual authorities:  
  (i) The Patriarch shall themselves become the Most Sacred and Holy Living Instrument of Power, a Holy Person of high spiritual importance, a living embodiment of the new Covenant between Heaven and Earth; and  
  (ii) When the Patriarch speaks in regards to the holy scripture of One Faith of God, it shall be recognized as having authority across all levels and branches of the One Faith;  
  (iii) The Patriarch shall have the spiritual authority to perform the sacred ceremony of Supreme Blessing of the Earth; and  
  (iv) The Patriarch shall have the spiritual and legal authority to Seal a Deed of Supreme National Sovereignty granted to any Nation that joins as a State Member of One Faith of God; and  
  (v) The Patriarch shall have the spiritual and legal authority to perform the official ceremony of Supreme Blessing of the Executive upon the appointment of a new Head of State of a Nation; and  
  (vi) The Patriarch shall have the spiritual authority to perform supreme cleansings, so that what he decrees on Earth shall be bound in heaven and the spirit world of all spiritual energy that has ever existed for the Earth; and  
  (vii) The Patriarch shall have the spiritual authority to perform exorcisms, so that what he decrees authority over disruptive spirits they shall be bound in heaven and the spirit world commanding all of all the spiritual energy that has ever existed for the Earth; and  
  (viii) The Patriarch shall have the spiritual authority to perform bindings so that what is decreed as bound on Earth in regards to justice and equity shall be bound in heaven and the spirit world by the power of all the spiritual energy that has ever existed for the Earth; and  
  (ix) The Patriarch shall have the spiritual authority to perform the official ceremony of Supreme Instantiation of the Powers and Authority of Supreme Credit and to Seal its Deed of Title for the creation of Supreme Credits subject to the Articles and limits of their manufacture under a Supreme Deed of Credits.  
55.5 The Patriarch as an living instrument of power  
  By the very definition of the role, the Patriarch is the purest form of teacher and guide. It is for the value of the message and the discourse of knowledge. It is not for the closing or entrapment of mind, but the freeing of the chains that make us believe we are less.  
  The Patriarch embodies the very covenant of this Covenant and as such each Patriarch represents in themselves and their role an instrument of power- a living national embodiment of this Covenant.  
55.6 Instantiation (creation) of Patriarch  
  A man or woman is not deemed The Patriarch, nor holding the powers of Patriarch until they have undergone the official ceremony of Supreme Instantiation of the Powers and Authority of Patriarch.  
  This ceremony represents one of the most important and powerful official ceremonies of One Faith of God as it is through this ceremony that the authority of the Absolute and only God, of One Faith of God and of the great prophets and saints is bestowed upon the new Patriarch.  
  It is through the ceremony of Supreme Instantiation of the Powers and Authority of Patriarch that the ceremonial and real spiritual powers of a Patriarch are bestowed.  
55.7 Qualification of the Patriarch  
  By the authority of this Covenant, only a living man meeting all of the following criteria shall be permitted to hold the Office of Patriarch by Extraordinary Qualification, Special Qualification or Ordinary Qualification:  
  By Extraordinary Qualification  
  (i) That the current candidate is the existing Roman Pontiff also known as His Holiness, also known as the Vicar of Christ, also known as the Servant of Servants, also known as the Bishop of Rome; and  
  (ii) That the current candidate, his Curia and all Bishops, Priests and Nuns consent to this Agreement and Understanding and have pledged their solemn oath and obedience to the commands of God as pronounced by this Covenant and the Covenant of One Heaven; and;  
  (iii) That the current candidate acknowledges the validity of the Treaty of Lucifer and the command for all forces to rally to the healing of both Heaven and Earth united as one, with the end of Evil practices; and  
  (iv) That the date is before The One and Only True Day of Judgment being Wed, 21 Dec 2011 by the old cycle or UCA[E8:Y3221:A0:S1:M27:D6]. The date and time being after Wed, 21 Dec 2011 by the old cycle or UCA[E8:Y3221:A0:S1:M27:D6], the Qualification of the Patriarch by Extraordinary Qualification shall no longer be available as valid qualification.  
  By Special Qualification  
  (i) That the current candidate is the Patriarch of a major Christian Faith, or was recently a valid elected Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church having the approval of at least twelve other current or previous Cardinals of the Roman Catholic Church to be their representative; and  
  (ii) That the conditions for Extraordinary Qualification have expired with the existing Roman Pontiff refusing to acknowledge the most holy prophecy of the Mother Church, the Covenant of One Heaven, the Treaty of Lucifer and the existence and authority of One Faith of God Society by command of God; and  
  (iii) That the current candidate, his Curia and all Bishops, Priests and Nuns have pledged their solemn oath and obedience to the commands of God as pronounced by this Covenant and the Covenant of One Heaven; and  
  (iv) That the date is before the One and Only true Day of Redemption being Fri, 21 Dec 2012 or UCA[E1:Y1:A1:S1:M9:D1].The date and time being after Fri, 21 Dec 2012 or UCA[E1:Y1:A1:S1:M9:D1], the Qualification of the Patriarch by Special Qualification shall no longer be available as valid qualification.  
  By Ordinary Qualification  
  (i) Currently holds the position of a (permanent) Cardinal, or is a Rabbi nominated by majority vote of a National Senate to stand as a candidate for office of Patriarch; and  
  (ii) That the conditions for Special Qualification have expired with the existing Cardinals and Patrarchs refusing to acknowledge the most holy prophecy of the Mother Church, the Covenant of One Heaven, the Treaty of Lucifer and the existence and authority of One Faith of God Society by command of God; and  
  (iii) The Candidate is aged between 40 and 65 unless seeking a second or third term as Patriarch;  
  A man or woman who fails one or more of these qualifications shall be ineligible to stand for election to the office of Patriarch.  
55.8 Oath of The Patriarch  
  Prior to the commencement of their term of office, The Patriarch shall make the following public oath- “--"In the name of God, the father, creator of heaven and earth, I do call your name and seek your help. I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of Patriarch of The One Faith and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Covenant of The One Faith.”
 
55.9 Term of The Patriarch  
  The Patriarch shall hold their Office during the Term of twelve (12) Years, and be elected by supreme election following the procedures for general and supreme elections contained within this Covenant.
  
55.10 Maximum term tenure of Patriarch  
  By this Covenant a Patriarch is ineligible to serve beyond a total of three terms (36) years. A Patriarch having served The One Faith for greater than twenty four (24) years shall be known as a Great Patriarch.
  
55.11 Payment of The Patriarch  
  The Patriarch shall upon appointment, renounce all claims to property, all claims to mortal bonds, all claims to immediate family and commitments, all claims to obligation to anyone but to The One Faith and to the word of God. The Patriarch shall not be paid for his service. His reward is far greater. To support The Patriarch in his role, all services needed by him shall be paid for by the government of The One Faith.
 
55.12 Residence of the Patriarch  
  By this Covenant, a residence shall be build befitting the sacred office of The Patriarch at a location of holy importance to One Faith, that is not Jerusalem. This shall be the permanent residence of the Patriarch excluding Feast Years of the Great Spirit of God.  
  During Feast years of the Great Spirit of God, the Patriarch shall be resident at one of the nominated and most holy of sacred sites for One Faith. Once every 12 years, the Patriarch shall be resident in Jerusalem for one year during a feast year for the Great Spirit of God and all the saints.  
  Once a year, following the 40 days of sessions of the Supreme Council, the Patriarch shall be ceremonially banished from their residence to a place of wilderness and reflection. During this 40 day period they shall have no home, no title, no executive actions nor official engagements.  
55.13 The Official Seal of The Patriarch  
  In respect to the high office of The Patriarch , by the power of this Covenant an official seal shall be forged and it shall be known as the Official Seal of The Patriarch . Each Patriarch shall have their own unique official seal based on the common seal of office. All official acts of The Patriarch shall require this Seal to be affixed as verification of its authenticity.  
  The documents of The Patriarch  
  Upon election to the office of The Patriarch , it is the Messiahs solemn duty to publish three documents to the faithful each and every year of their office. These documents shall be:  
  1. Annual Plan to the Faithful of God by The Patriarch  
  The Patriarch shall be required publish an annual plan (subject to the approval of the Supreme Board and Supreme Council) which shall state the financial, moral and well being position of The One Faith of God. The Annual Plan shall also outline the plans of The Patriarch to help the people of The One Faith and how the contributions of the faithful are being used to better all members. It shall also talk about The One Faith and its place in the world and how the respect of The One Faith is being increased through acts of wisdom and compassion.  
  2. Annual Message to the Faithful of God by The Patriarch  
  The Patriarch shall be required to publish an annual message to all the faithful in which he outlines his key message, guidance, inspiration and comfort to all the true followers of The One Faith. This message shall be his blessing as the official spokesperson for God and for all The One Faith on Earth. As such, the Annual Message shall always be treated as a blessed document.  
  3. Annual Prayers to the Faithful of God by The Patriarch  
  The Patriarch shall be required to publish an annual book of prayers to all the faithful to assist them in their prayers to God and to those in Heaven. The prayers shall cover those areas of need in which the faithful might find comfort in reflective prayer. As such, the Annual Prayers shall always be treated as a blessed document.  
  The writing of the documents  
  It shall be known by the blessed conjoining of this Covenant and the Covenant for One Heaven that the Patriarch shall be task with writing the documents at the conclusion of the 40 days of session of the Supreme Council of One Faith of God.  
  At that point, the Patriarch shall be sent into the wilderness with just his most trusted protectors and the Great Spirit of God to guide him. Then by the word of God he shall for forty days contemplate and seek direct guidance from the Great Spirit and all the saints to prepare the most sacred of documents for the One Faith of God.  
  At the end of the forty days in the wilderness, the Patriarch shall return with his first draft of documents .  
55.14 The Great Spirit of God  
  And by this Covenant we recognize the most blessed of documents being the Covenant of One Heaven. And by this most sacred of documents we recognize the election of the Great Spirit of the One Faith of God that is elected by both the faithful on Earth and the Faithful in Heaven as the Supreme Leader of the faithful of Heaven and Earth on behalf of the glory of God.  
  That by this blessed of documents, the Covenant of One Heaven we see heaven united, the respect and honor of God restored, the duty of all the faithful to protect the souls of all mankind and the blessing of the Great Spirit to guide the leadership of the One Faith of God.  
55.15 The Great Spirit and the Patriarch  
  And by the conjoining of these two most blessed of documents, the One Heaven and the One Faith of God, we see that it is by the word of God himself that the Great Spirit shall guide and counsel the Patriarch to help all the faithful here on Earth.  
  And so is shall always be known from this document and its conjoining to the Covenant of One Heaven, that when the Patriarch speaks, he does so with the authority and voice of the Great Spirit of God. And so in speaking as a voice of the Great Spirit of One Faith of God, he is also speaking as a leader of heaven and earth.  
  And in such authority and sanctity of office shall represent the new covenant and all the faithful of One Faith of God shall be blessed.  
55.16 The Supreme Board of Directors (Supreme Board)  
  In the good management of The One Faith, its affairs and requirements can be compared to the good conduct of a corporation with its citizens as shareholders.
  
  The Supreme Board of Directors shall be a board of individuals selected by The Patriarch to head the permanent statutory authorities and uphold the laws regarding the critical systems of The One Faith. The tenure of a Director shall be at the sole discretion of The Patriarch .
  
  Given the importance of each system within our society functioning to its optimum, the position of a Supreme Director should reflect the very best of the community with the knowledge, experience and respect relating to the system they manage.
  
  Because of the importance and honour of such positions, supreme directors shall also be collectively known as "the Blessed".
