| Article 02- Validity of Covenant | ||
| 2.1 | Authority of this Covenant | |
| By rights of the declaration of this Covenant and by the people of this association subscribing to this Covenant by participating in its democratic processes, this Covenant represents the one and only true Covenant of The One Faith of God. |

| 2.2 | Covenant as first and supreme law | |
| As enacted, this Covenant represents the first and supreme law of The One Faith of God. No other law shall be recognized as first or higher than the principles and statements of this Covenant. |
||
| No claim of subservience to any other religious or secular law shall be deemed valid and no law shall be sworn to in official statements of oath, pledge to honesty as a witness or any other capacity of government other than this Covenant itself or to citizenship of a country. |
