  Article 144-Independence Day  
144.1 Date of Independence (Independence Day)  
  By this Constitution the Date of Independence (Independence Day) shall be the actual Day upon which all authority, powers, legal controls, financial controls of One Faith of God administratively shall be passed over from UCADIA to the effective control of all Members represented by the Supreme Council of One Faith of God.  
  At this point, One Faith of God shall achieve its complete independence and future destiny. At this point, UCADIA must relinquish all control to the Supreme Council of One Faith of God. In exchange, the Supreme Council of One Faith of God is duty bound to honor the terms of this Agreement.  
  In respect for this historic moment, the Date of Independence of One Faith of God shall be known as a Holy Day.  
144.2 UCADIA  
  UCADIA Books Pty Ltd ("UCADIA") and any derivation of company structure formed and nominated as primary by the Founder shall by this constitution be bestowed the title of temporary administrators of the affairs of One Faith of God for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the time that One Faith of God is formed the ability to take members and first published this functionality as live code on Friday, March 14th 2008.  
  During that time, UCADIA shall be tasked with the responsibility of accounting for all donations in a separate set of trust accounts clearly identifiable as One-Faith-of-God, all income received from services to One-Faith-of-God in a separate account and a separate accounting of all administrative expenses.  
  For these services temporarily administered by UCADIA, UCADIA shall receive a payment of $1 (AUD) per Member (living and spirit) per year for the length of its tenure as temporary Administrators, in addition to repayment of any costs incurred performing its duty as temporary administrators.  
  Upon UCADIA reliquishing its role as temporary administrators as authorized and declared by this Constitution; and no longer having any official role in the Constitutional functioning of One Faith of God, UCADIA shall be paid a royalty Fee in exchange for legal control of all Intellectual Property of One Faith of God and Rights of $1 per Member (living and spirit) per year for ten (10) years from the Date of Independence.  
144.3 Transparency of accounts of temporary administrator  
  By this constitution, UCADIA shall be responsible for providing a level of access and transparency of accounting for all monies concerning One-Faith-of-God to members and donors at all times.  
144.4 Criteria for Date of Independence (Independence Day)  
  A Criteria exists upon which the Date of Independence shall be decided based on One Faith of God achieving true Independence. In order for One Faith of God to achieve true Independence, the body must be sufficiently well formed and have reached certain Critical Mass.  
  Critical Mass of self-sustaining existence is achieved upon reaching the membership number of light (1,440,000) representing the total number of Members both living and spirit of which a total of 720,000 are living.  
  At this point, One Faith of God must undertake general elections to elect its first Supreme Council.  
  At reaching the number of light (1,440,000) One Faith of God and having elected its own Supreme Council will become self-sustaining and capable of fulfilling its own destiny according to the Articles of this Holy Constitution.  
  If Critical Mass and general elections for the Supreme Council are therefore undertaken anytime from at least six months from the time that One Faith of God formed the ability to take members and first published this functionality as live code, then the criteria for formal handovermust be set in motion at the following anniversary date of when membership was first enabled shall be the Date of Independence.  
  The Date for General Elections for the first Supreme Council cannot be called until the number of light (1,400,000 total members) is achieved. Furhermore, the Date for General Elections for the first Supreme Council of One Faith of God must be at least thirty days prior to the Date of Independence.
