| Article 101- Assets Management Systems | ||
| 101.1 | Assets Management Systems | |
| The assets owned by the various levels of administration of The One Faith are the property of The One Faith and are for the benefit of The One Faith. As such, all property of The One Faith shall be treated with respect and dignity. |
||
| It shall remain a primary object of The One Faith to ensure the proper catalogue, protection and identification of location of all assets on a master register. |
||
| Secondly, as assets not used are assets wasted it shall be a primary object of all levels of The One Faith to ensure that the assets of The One Faith are used to their best ability for the achievement of the goals of The One Faith and for the benefits of ALL. | ||
| Thirdly, it shall be considered a policy by this constitution that objects of great intrinsic wealth that may be regarded as assets shall not be purchased, nor sold unless a clear purpose is listed. | ||
| 101.2 | Director of Assets Management Systems | |
| The Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of The One Faith and the operation of the Supreme Assets Management Agency of The One Faith. |
||
| The Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Messiah upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term The Messiah deems is appropriate. |
||
| The role of Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith of The One Faith. |
||
| The Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith shall also be a member of the Supreme Board ("the Blessed") charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of The One Faith. | ||
| 101.3 | Supreme Assets Management Secretariat of The One Faith | |
| The Supreme Assets Management Secretariat of The One Faith shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council. |

| 101.4 | Supreme Board of Assets Management Systems of The One Faith | |
| To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Assets Management Systems of The One Faith shall be established. | ||
| The Chairman of this Board shall be the Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Assets Management Systems of The One Faith in the various sovereign nations in which One The One Faith is established. | ||
| As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Assets Management Systems, the Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Assets Management Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year. | ||
| Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Assets Management Systems of The One Faith shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income. | ||
| 101.5 | Supreme Assets Management Agency of The One Faith | |
| By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of knowledge and information services for The One Faith. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Assets Management Agency of The One Faith. | ||
| By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Assets Management Agency of The One Faith shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Assets Management Systems of The One Faith upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Assets Management Systems of The One Faith. | ||
| It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Assets Management Agency of The One Faith to ensure that the complete knowledge and information needs of the organisation are considered as a whole and are met according to budgeted requirements and priorities. | ||
| Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for handling the Supreme Lists of The One Faith which are then used by different parts of the organisation to provide additional services. | ||
