| Article 94- Member Support Systems | ||
| 94.1 | Member Support Systems | |
| For many of the faithful of The One Faith, live is hard and food is scarce. Such has it been that many of the faithful of The One Faith have died hungry and poor. By this constitution this shall no longer be acceptable. It shall be a primary goal of this constitution that all of the faithful of The One Faith shall be helped to an essential level of life and dignity and that all humanity can be served. |

| On the contributions of the faithful who can afford to pledge their tidings the organisation shall be able to help those less fortunate members of the greater community of The One Faith. |
||
| 94.2 | Director of Member Support Systems | |
| The Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of The One Faith and the operation of the Supreme Member Support Agency of The One Faith. |
||
| The Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Messiah upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term The Messiah deems is appropriate. |
||
| The role of Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith of The One Faith. |

| The Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith shall also be a member of the Supreme Board ("the Blessed") charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of The One Faith. | ||
| 94.3 | Supreme Member Support Secretariat of The One Faith | |
| The Supreme Member Support Secretariat of The One Faith shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council. |

| 94.4 | Supreme Board of Member Support Systems of The One Faith | |
| To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Member Support Systems of The One Faith shall be established. | ||
| The Chairman of this Board shall be the Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Member Support Systems of The One Faith in the various sovereign nations in which One The One Faith is established. | ||
| As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Member Support Systems, the Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Member Support Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year. | ||
| Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Member Support Systems of The One Faith shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income. | ||
| 91.4 | Supreme Member Support Agency of The One Faith | |
| By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of knowledge and information services for The One Faith. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Member Support Agency of The One Faith. | ||
| By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Member Support Agency of The One Faith shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Member Support Systems of The One Faith upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Member Support Systems of The One Faith. | ||
| It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Member Support Agency of The One Faith to ensure that adequate projects and programs are in place to assist members who have less means or more needs than others of the family of The One Faith, specifically the elimination of poverty, disease, illiteracy and crime according to budgeted requirements and priorities. | ||
| Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for providing a report to The Messiah which then provides an important part of the Annual Plan of the Faithful of God by The Messiah . | ||
