| Article 93- Membership Systems | ||
| 93.1 | Membership Systems | |
| The membership systems of The One Faith represent a vitally important set of information, processes and services which depend upon the trust and honour of all true members of One The One Faith. |
||
| It shall remain a primary object of The One Faith to ensure the proper protection of member information, the proper delivery of services and needs and the proper recognition of the efforts and lives of all members. |
||
| 93.2 | Director of Membership Systems | |
| The Director of Supreme Membership Systems of The One Faith shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of The One Faith and the operation of the Supreme Membership Agency of The One Faith. |
||
| The Director of Supreme Membership Systems of The One Faith shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Messiah upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term The Messiah deems is appropriate. |
||
| The role of Director of Supreme Membership Systems of The One Faith shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Membership Agency of The One Faith. |

| 93.3 | Supreme Membership Secretariat of The One Faith | |
| The Supreme Membership Secretariat of The One Faith shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Membership Systems of The One Faith and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council. |
||
| 93.4 | Supreme Membership Agency | |
| By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of membership services for The One Faith. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Membership Agency of The One Faith. | ||
| By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Membership Agency of The One Faith shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Knowledge Systems of The One Faith upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Membership Systems of The One Faith. | ||
| It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Membership Agency of The One Faith to ensure that the complete membership and election needs of the organisation are considered as a whole and are met according to budgeted requirements and priorities. | ||
| Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for handling all general elections and the processing of membership applications and approvals. | ||
