| Article 92- Ceremonial Systems | ||
| 92.1 | Ceremonial Systems | |
| The digital and paper knowledge system of The One Faith is its sum stock of recorded communication and intellectual property. |
||
| It shall remain a primary object of The One Faith to ensure the proper catalogue, architecture, storage and protection of all the knowledge of The One Faith. |
||
| 92.2 | Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems | |
| The Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of The One Faith and the operation of the Supreme Ceremonial Agency of The One Faith. |
||
| The Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Messiah upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term The Messiah deems is appropriate. |
||
| The role of Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith of The One Faith. |

| The Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith shall also be a member of the Supreme Board ("the Blessed") charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of The One Faith. | ||
| 92.3 | Supreme Ceremonies Secretariat of The One Faith | |
| The Supreme Ceremonies Secretariat of The One Faith shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council. |

| 92.4 | Supreme Board of Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith | |
| To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Knowledge Systems of The One Faith shall be established. | ||
| The Chairman of this Board shall be the Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Knowledge Systems of The One Faith in the various sovereign nations in which One The One Faith is established. | ||
| As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Knowledge Systems, the Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Knowledge Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year. | ||
| Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Knowledge Systems of The One Faith shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income. | ||
| 92.5 | Supreme Ceremonial Agency of The One Faith | |
| By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of knowledge and information services for The One Faith. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Ceremonial Agency of The One Faith. | ||
| By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Ceremonial Agency of The One Faith shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Ceremonial Systems of The One Faith. | ||
| It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Ceremonial Agency of The One Faith to ensure that the complete classification, organisations and performance of all major ceremonial actions on behalf of the organisation are considered as a whole and are met according to budgeted requirements and priorities. | ||
| Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for managing the Supreme List of ceremonial events on the calendar of The One Faith which forms an important part of the Annual Plan for the Faithful of God by The Messiah . | ||
