| Regional knowledge shall be managed both centrally through the single technology systems of One-Faith-Of-God and decentrally, through replicated local systems and document libraries. | ||
| This is in recognition of the importance of physical knowledge residing in regions and communities and not simply being centralized to one major location. | ||
