  Article 68-Great Order of Life  
68.1 The national mission  
  By this constitution, the Great Order of Life shall be tasked with establishing a national structure in every country in which members of One-Faith-Of-God exist.  
  Furthermore, it shall be tasked to the Great Order of Life to establish the necessary structures to fulfill its mandated objectives and mission of recruiting and training people of sufficient virtue and character that they can provide spiritual support and guidance as anointed leaders.  
  That all communities of faithful shall have leadership that promotes the improvement of their community, of the compassion to one another, of the respect of life is a task given from the absolute. That not one of his family be alone. That not one of his family be hungry or cold.  
  It shall also be a primary mission of the Great Order of Life to provide such charitable services and hospital services to support the needs of their communities. To protect the health and well being of the community of the faithful is a mission of the highest importance to the one himself. That this is part of his fulfillment in his new covenant. That all who believe shall be saved. That none shall die alone.  
66.2 National Secretary of the Great Order of Life  
  The national executive Power of the Great Order of Life shall be vested in the office of National Secterary of the Great Order of Life.
 
  The National Secterary is the national leader of the Great Order of Life, its prime representative to the nation. The office of National Secterary is the highest elected office of the Order and at all times should be considered with the greatest dignity and respect. It shall be equivelent in rank to that of a Rabbi.
 
  Power of the National Secterary  
  By virtue of this Constitution and covenant, the National Secretary is vested with the executive authority to manage the national needs and affairs of the Great Order of Life through the selection or dismissal of wise counsel in the form of their Board of Directors, the agencies, officials and national administration of the Order.
 
  The Secretary-General shall automatically be a permanent member of the National Board of Directors of One-Faith-Of-God and shall report directly to the Cardinal on operational matters and to the Secretary-General on policy and strategic matters.  
  The National Secretary shall be a permanent member of a number of National Boards of One-Faith-Of-God including: Ceremonial Systems, Health Systems, Pilgrimage Systems, Justice Systems and Planning. The National Secretary has the right to appoint a temporary or permanent representative to attend all meetings in their absence.  
  Term of the National Secretary  
  The Secretary-General shall hold their Office during the Term of six (6) Years, and shall be a direct appointment of the Secretary-General of the order on written approval of the Messiah. All candidates must have been a member of the Great Order of Life with at least six (6) years standing.  
  Maximum term tenure of the National Secretary  
  By this constitution a National-Secretary is ineligible to serve beyond a total of three terms (30) years.
