Article 22- Women |
| 22.1 |
Women |
| |
In the words of the great prophets and saints and in the name of old covenants it has been the fundamental belief of all faithful of many faiths of God that women shall serve men. This has been the tradition and this has been the law since the earliest of covenants. |
| |
To those most austere and observant to the wisdom of the prophets and the saints, the position of women is their burden for the betrayal of their kind in the garden of Eden and the tree of wisdom. It was woman that ate first of the fruit of eternal wisdom and then gave it to Adam, thus causing God the almighty to cast humanity from his safety. |
| |
Every toil, every pain, every sadness from that day forth has been in remembrance of this betrayal. And for that the old covenant stood true. That women were the lesser of our kind, the servant to our feet, not worthy to worship in the presence of God and the saints. |
| |
In recent times and in more recent thinking, many have come to see that women should serve as equal. However such thinking remains that believes women ultimately are the lesser of the sexes. |
| 22.2 |
The new covenant of this constitution |
| |
If it be so that the old covenant sealed the fate of all women to be less than men because of the loss of the grace of God and wisdom, let it be known that women shall symbolize the return of the grace of God to all his faithful and to all humanity whether they believe in him or not. |
| |
For the home lost is now the jewel regained in the constitution of the One Jerusalem. The scattering of the faithful to be the food for wolves and liars is now the gift of this constitution to form One The One Faith to the glory of the wisdom of God. |
| |
In all respects he offers us his grace to return to his home. To be at peace. To be at one. He offers us back in to the infinite wisdom of his knowledge and power, if only we see beyond our blind arrogance at the truth of these words. |
| |
And in return he expects us all to respect the laws of this new covenants as set forth in this constitution. |
| 22.3 |
The equality of women |
| |
That by this constitution, this new covenant that women shall be respected as equals to men. That in matters of faith and worship they shall be given equal access and equal access before the almighty God. |
| |
In all matters of election, office and position of power women shall have equal rights to men. |
| |
That by this constitution women shall not be restricted in anyway in respect to the modesty of dress and appearance. It is out of the respect of women we see the wisdom of the almighty in bring harmony and equality to Earth once more. |
| |
In respect to those who prefer the old ways and worship to the rule of the old covenant in peace and respect then the Great Order of Austerity shall be formed to support and respect these customs. By these customs, women may choose to continue to wear garments of strict code and to be separate from the most holy of worship. But this shall be by choice. |
| |
Excluding those that follow the Great Order of Austerity , by this constitution any member of the faithful of The One Faith of God that shall deny women equal respect before the Lord, or shall seek to keep women in a place of slavery and subservience shall be in defiance of this constitution and liable for exile from The One Faith. |
| |
For those men of no austerity that choose to defy such words, let it be the faithful women of The One Faith that take up this document and make it so. |
